										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>在中醫的角度而言，薑的用途多蘿蘿：止暈又得、止嘔又得。既能預防感冒，也能去水腫。但不是個個人都喜歡肉薑的辛辣味，尤其是小孩，更不喜歡這種味道。</p>

<p>手指薑蔥蓉：手指薑一條（磨蓉）、蔥適量、鹽少許、糖少許、生抽少許、滾油少許</p>
