<p>細細個在舊區長大的我，一到冬天就會見到中年的叔叔和年長的伯伯在街上炒栗子和賣煨蕃薯，香氣四溢！小時候的我會央求媽媽買煨番薯給我吃。在寒冷的冬天，吃著暖暖的煨番薯<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f360.png" alt="🍠" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />，又甜又香又軟的，非常美味！長大後發現賣煨番薯的檔攤越來越少了，味道也不如以前<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f622.png" alt="😢" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f622.png" alt="😢" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
<p>今天經過街市時發現有最愛的紅皮黃肉日本蕃薯賣就決定要試試在家用焗爐做煨蕃薯，為了增加甜度及保持濕度，加入了冰糖片糖！雖然用焗爐做，但居然能做出九成相似的煨蕃薯，雖然少了一份炭燒的香氣，但比起街現在在街買的煨蕃薯已經好吃多了<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f970.png" alt="🥰" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f970.png" alt="🥰" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f970.png" alt="🥰" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<li>中火煮25分鐘後關火取出番薯抹乾</li>
<li>焗爐預熱200度10分鐘</li>
