<p>材料： 大蘑菇2隻、紅椒、黃椒、青椒、紫洋蔥各1/4隻、百里香少許、雞蛋1隻、車厘茄2粒、芝士碎適量</p>

<li>全部蔬菜類切細粒</li>
<li>在鍋中加入油炒香全部蔬菜盛起</li>
