										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>小時候很喜歡吃蓮藕，最愛吃媽媽煮的蓮藕炆排骨，蓮藕吸收了排骨的肉味，而排骨則吸收了蓮藕的甜味，加上蠔油的調味，整道菜非常有層次！而在蓮藕中， 我較喜歡爽口的蓮藕，咬起來帶有汁液，十分好吃！</p>

<p>材料：帶泥蓮藕一小段、蝦膠約半斤、粟米粒少許、蔥花少許</p>

<p>步驟：</p>

<p>2.蝦膠加入粟米粒及蔥花拌好</p>

<p>材料：青檸半個、魚露1湯匙、蒜頭2粒（切粒）、椰糖2茶匙、食水3湯匙、指天椒少許（切粒）</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>蓮藕洗淨後抺乾切薄片備用</li>
<li>豬肉切碎或攪碎後加少許豉油及糖調味，醃15-30分鐘</li>
<li>雞蛋拌混在大碗待用</li>
<li>把少許豬肉碎夾在兩片蓮藕片中間，蘸上雞蛋汁後撲上粟粉<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/img_0675.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-860" width="4032" height="3024"></li>
<li>在平底鍋中加入油，放入蓮藕餅煎至兩邊金黃後轉細火，蓋上蓋子煮5-8分鐘至豬肉熟透<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/img_0676.jpg" class="wp-image-861 size-full" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
<li>吃時配上蘸汁更好吃</li>

<p>蘸汁做法：</p>
<ol>
<li>在小鍋中加入水後煮滾、加入椰糖煮融，放入蒜頭略煮後加入魚露及指天椒粒後關火</li>
<li>待涼後加入適量青檸汁即成</li>
