<p>雖然天氣仲係比較清涼，但係有時都會想食啲凍盤，尤其係宴客嘅時候，整定凍盤喺雪櫃，一拎出嚟就有得食，非常方便！</p>



<p>一向好喜歡花椒同埋八角嘅香味，帶少許辛辣而獨特嘅味道，今次就用花椒入饌，為咗唔好搶走花甲嘅清甜味，用咗花椒油嘅方法去製作，加上中式黑醋及指天椒，一道開胃既菜式勁快手完成！</p>
