<p>欠左大家勁耐嘅食譜，因為一路都買唔到新鮮墨魚，所以整唔到新嘅食譜出嚟！尋日去到老闆娘嗰度居然又有大墨魚！即刻買返嚟，咁即係代表今日冇得懶啦<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f61d.png" alt="😝" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />咁今日就整墨魚膠、整墨魚丸、整雞翼。</p>



<p>墨魚膠嘅食譜之前已經出過，今次嘅步驟就省略咗佢，所以就咁睇睇落去好容易整！如果懶嘅朋友可以用現成嘅墨魚膠同埋無骨雞翼，咁樣整20分鐘左右就有得食㗎啦！</p>

<p>原來大家都鍾意食肉醬意粉，同我啲小朋友一樣<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60a.png" alt="😊" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />喺街食嘅肉醬意粉好多都帶蘇味，自己整用上新鮮嘅牛肉，同埋有機嘅雞湯，健康好多！講到啲嘅話仲可以自己用雞殼淆湯，美味倍添！</p>



<p>肉醬意粉要好食的話，要用兩種以上的番茄！今次用肉茄（番茄味濃但帶酸）同串茄（帶甜味，清新！），如果可以既買埋黑茄！仲好味！</p>
