										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>因氣候暖化，香港的冬天愈來愈短，喜歡冬天的朋友說今年沒有多少日子戴頸巾，有人覺得方便了，因不用穿得厚厚，人比較靈活。</p>
<p>我雖然怕冷，但仍很喜歡冬天，還記得小時候的冬天很冷，一家人便會打邊爐，食煲仔飯、煲仔菜。小時候最愛對鏡呵氣再在鏡子上畫畫&#8230;.隨著冬天消失，這些也一併消失，好像有點可惜吧！</p>
<p>有時候懷念冬天，就想煮一些屬於冬天的菜色，今天突然想吃芋香椰汁臘鴨煲，二話不說就在午飯的時候到街市走一轉，買齊材料回家煮啦<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f603.png" alt="😃" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f603.png" alt="😃" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>材料：泰國芋頭半個（切件）、臘鴨腿2隻、薑數片、蒜頭3-4粒、乾蔥頭3-4粒、蔥白適量、蔥花適量、椰汁150ml、水少許、指天椒（可省）</p>
