<p>每次去茶餐廳食午餐，都會有兩款湯可以揀：羅宋湯同埋忌廉湯，每一次都會選羅宋湯，因為感覺好似健康一啲！多啲菜，又冇忌廉湯咁飽肚。茶餐廳嘅羅宋湯一向比較辣，屋企有老人家同小朋友食飯，自己整可以control羅宋湯嘅酸辣度，鍾意酸啲可以加多啲茄膏、鍾意辣啲可以加多啲指天椒，悉隨尊便，羅宋湯就咁飲又得、用嚟整通粉都可以，一家大細都喜歡，有菜又有肉<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f970.png" alt="🥰" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>原來大家都咁鍾意飲羅宋湯，個post出咗一個鐘頭已經有好多朋友話要食譜。好啦見呢排得閑啲快啲寫食譜俾大家先！</p>



<p>去茶餐廳食飯，通常套餐都會跟個湯：紅湯或者白湯。每一次我都係選擇飲羅宋湯嘅，不過喺茶餐廳飲嘅羅宋湯往往都只有茄汁嘅味道，欠缺蔬菜嘅鮮味，加上落咗味精，飲完之後好口渴！</p>



<p>其實自從中學開始，我間唔中都會喺屋企煲羅宋湯做下午茶，妹妹同埋我兩個人可以飲晒一煲羅宋湯！好癲！</p>



<p>講返今日個羅宋湯先，加入左新鮮牛展同埋紅菜頭嘅羅宋湯，配以有機嘅甘筍、西芹、蕃茄等等嘅蔬菜，用先炒香嘅方法處理蔬菜，將佢嘅鮮甜味釋放出來，未落鹽試味已經覺得好好味。</p>



<p>間唔中清清地煲個羅宋湯，食塊自家製嘅蒜蓉包，幸福就係咁簡單！</p>
