<p>喺出邊食嘅素鵝，味道比較淡、餡料唔夠香。自己做可以自己調味，製法其實唔難就係要一啲心機啦！</p>

<p>6. 捲起腐皮卷，再掃上調味料，放置室溫3至5分鐘</p>



<p>7. 如果腐皮卷不夠軟身，再重複掃上腐皮調味料直至軟身及捲實</p>

<p>注意事項：</p>



<p>1. 由於我的鍋子很大，可以煎比較長身的素鵝，如果你的鍋子比較少，那麼腐皮卷則不可以捲太長。</p>



<p>2. 素鵝必須捲得很實，否則容易鬆脫</p>



<p>3. 蒸好的素鵝必須要放涼後才可以煎，比較容易處理</p>
