<p>大家好耐都冇去過旅行啦！講起去旅行我最鍾意係去泰國同埋日本。去日本嘅時候最鍾意係飲罐裝粟米湯。仲記得有一次冬天嘅時候去旅行，那天特別凍，小朋友都凍到震晒！喺條街度見到有飲品機售賣罐裝粟米湯，馬上買來幾罐暖下身！濃濃嘅粟米湯，又甜又滑！飲完之後個身即刻變得暖笠笠<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>材料：本地甜粟米2支、日本北海道白粟米2支、甘筍半條、白洋蔥1/4個、薯仔一個（大size)、鮮奶一盒236ml、鮮忌廉100ml、雞湯1L、蒜頭2粒（拍扁）、刁草少許（可省）、牛油少許（好重要<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/203c.png" alt="‼" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />）</p>

<p>步驟：</p>



<p>1. 粟米起粒（按顏色分開兩碗）、甘筍、薯仔及洋蔥切粒、粟米芯切段留用</p>

<p>2. 在鍋中加入少許油，爆香蒜頭後，加入洋蔥甘筍及黃色粟米粒炒香至金黃後加入薯仔炒香</p>

<p>3. 加入雞湯及粟米芯煮滾後轉細火轉20分鐘</p>

<p>4. 取出粟米芯，把湯連渣放入攪拌機攪碎</p>

<p>5. 過篩後加牛奶及忌廉，加入白粟米粒煮滾，加入適量鹽</p>

<p>最後加入牛油拌混至溶化更少許刁草即可</p>
