										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>最近工作非常繁忙，是時候對自己好一點。但因為有點疲倦，所以想簡簡單單食餐好。要懶、要好味、要簡單。一次過滿足晒三個願望，仲要食得健康，就煮一個10分鐘煮好的白酒牛油青口吧！</p>
<p>在超級市場買的青口非常新鮮，加上是ready to eat，省卻了很多浸洗的功夫。</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<p>1.剪開青口包裝，用清水略洗乾淨</p>
