<p>材料：生蝦10隻（2人份）任何海蝦都可以，我就鐘意用竹節蝦，也可用海中蝦。</p>

<p>步驟：生蝦早一日買放入冰箱，吃前4小時以上，用水冲至解凍（千萬不要自然解凍，因為蝦肉會霉的<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f616.png" alt="😖" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f616.png" alt="😖" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />），去殼去腸後放入冰塊中，倒掉冰水，置於雪櫃4小時以上即可。<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f600.png" alt="😀" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />記住間唔中check下冰塊，如融化得好快，要倒掉冰水，蝦肉就會更爽<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f618.png" alt="😘" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
