<p>汁料：茄汁3湯匙、菠蘿汁約120ml、檸檬汁1湯匙、黑糖1湯匙、粟粉2茶匙、喼汁1茶匙</p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>在大碗中混合好汁料</li>
<li>在鍋內放入油（一般用煙點高的油如花生油、grapeseed oil等）至滾</li>
