<p>A.白色層(1)椰汁 200ml (2) 木薯粉140 g (3) 粘米粉 50 g （4）水 300 ml （5） 椰糖 70g</p>
<p>B.綠色斑蘭層（1） 椰汁200ml (2) 木薯粉140 g (3) 粘米粉 50 g （4）水 330 ml (5) 斑蘭葉6塊（6）斑蘭香油3滴 (7) 椰糖70 g</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>

<li>A 材料中的水及木薯粉粘米粉拌好，加入放涼了的椰汁</li>

<li>先倒B材料進模，大火隔水蒸4分鐘至斑蘭層凝固，之後倒A材料在上面，重覆以上步驟至所有粉漿用完，最後蒸15分鐘</li>
