<p>間唔中都會喺超級市場或者街市買玉子豆腐，玉子豆腐其實並唔係豆腐，好多都係冇黃豆嘅成份，質地好幼嫩，但係就冇豆嘅香味。</p>



<p>既然呢排整開豆漿，就不如自己製作埋玉子豆腐，結合黃豆嘅香氣同埋雞蛋嘅幼嫩，美味之餘仲好健康！玉子豆腐並不難做，最麻煩係整個豆漿，如果唔想自己整嘅，就買啲優質嘅無糖豆漿一樣得！</p>
