<p>小時候家住油麻地舊區，附近有一家歷史悠久的茶樓-得如酒樓，當年間唔中會同家人幫襯。還記得樓下有3部入2蚊就可以玩既搖搖船，仲有一個入1蚊可以磅重既橙色磅重計。</p>



<p>拾級而上，就去到貼左紙皮地既酒樓。爸爸話：「以前d人會帶埋雀仔飲茶架！」，但細個幫襯時，已經無雀仔啦！</p>



<p>去到酒樓，一定會點以下既點心：蝦餃（爸爸愛食）、鳳爪（媽媽至愛）、牛肉球（妹妹favourite)同埋牛肚（我鐘意架），那種懷舊既味道，到而家都仲記得<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60a.png" alt="😊" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>前幾日在九龍城買餸，經過牛肉檔，買左一個新鮮牛肚，想重拾一下當年的味道，憑著記憶，加d減d，就做左一個沙嗲沙茶牛肚出來，味道還是不錯，差左少少甜味，所以食譜根據味道修正一下。</p>
