<p>阿仔好鍾意食牛肉！尤其愛吃牛仔骨，之前嘅牛仔骨做法食到有啲悶！就整一個新嘅牛仔骨味道俾佢試吓啦！呢個食譜用咗白芝麻、孜然粉、紹興酒同埋其他香料，最後加上咗蜜糖，甜甜嘅味道，我相信所有小朋友都鍾意！</p>



<p>今次用上氣炸鍋嚟烹調，簡單方便又好味！</p>

<p>韓國菜一向不是我最喜歡的菜式，原因係我唔鐘意食kimchi同醃製食物，所以平時都比較少去食。但係如果光顧韓國餐廳的話，我一般都會點人蔘雞湯、韓式炆牛仔骨、炒粉絲咁。</p>



<p>人蔘雞湯是最愛，所以好耐之前已經自已煲，也寫過食譜俾大家，韓式牛仔骨呢？就前排先有機會做，因為一直買唔到厚切牛仔骨！</p>



<p>前排終於買到啦，就的起心肝做一個自家口味的牛仔骨吧！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>下雨天到街市買餸，不想行好耐，快快買完就走，但又無咩好煮意，都係買左返屋企先算。其實，好多朋友問我成日煮唔同既菜，係咪去街市前已經諗定要買咩。當然，大宴親朋時我會諗左先，但平日呢，通常都是買回家先慢慢諗。加上今日下雨天，快快脆買了一盒牛仔骨回家，唔想諗既，可求其用豉油、糖醃左煎熟就食，懶得很！</p>
<p>今日比較早回家，於是就整特別d-整蒜香蜜汁牛仔骨啦！蒜粒半煎炸得脆脆的，加了蜜糖的牛仔骨，甜蜜蜜，好好味啊！</p>
