										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>天氣開始轉涼，有時收工夜了，沒有太多時間煮，就會煮一些簡單而美味的！始終在家食比在外面食健康得多！今日收工特別夜，回到家已經8時多了，要煮一個超快超簡單的，就選擇煲仔飯啦！一煲熟又快又暖又好食！加埋煲仔飯豉油，大人小朋友都愛吃呢<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f600.png" alt="😀" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f600.png" alt="😀" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f600.png" alt="😀" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img decoding="async" src="https://daphnekitchen.files.wordpress.com/2018/11/img_1828.jpg" class="size-full"></p>
<p>材料：新鮮雞脾2隻（起骨）、冬菇4隻、米2杯</p>
<p>煲仔豉油材料：生抽30 ml、老抽2沙匙、糖2湯匙</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>冬菇洗淨後以室溫水浸軟洗淨後切片，以少許糖及油略醃</li>
<li>雞脾起骨切件後以薑絲、豉油及糖醃15分鐘</li>
<li>米洗淨後浸最少30分鐘</li>
<li>在瓦煲加入兩杯水煮煲，加入米攪拌至冒起魚眼泡泡<img decoding="async" src="https://daphnekitchen.files.wordpress.com/2018/11/img_1826.jpg" class="size-full"></li>
<li>加入雞件及冬菇在飯面，蓋些蓋子，細火煮20分鐘<img decoding="async" src="https://daphnekitchen.files.wordpress.com/2018/11/img_1827.jpg" class="size-full"></li>
<li>在另一鍋子加入煲仔飯豉油材料，煮滾即成</li>
<li>飯煮好後，可按喜好加入蔥花，一煲暖暖的煲仔飯就煮好了！</li>
