<p>大家久等啦，終於代完課，又有多啲時間可以創作食譜俾大家！頭炮係有由日本直送嘅野生魷魚！用來做照燒日本魷魚飯，非常美味。</p>

<p>材料： 魷魚一條（大約一斤三兩左右）、糯米一杯（浸水最少2小時備用）、粟米粒適量、甘筍少許（切粒）、茶樹菇少許（切粒）、蔥花少許</p>



<p>照燒魷魚汁：鰹魚汁2湯匙、日本豉油一湯匙、糖半茶匙、味醂1茶匙、清酒一茶匙、昆布一小塊（洗淨）</p>

<p>步驟</p>



<p>1. 魷魚洗乾淨，去掉內臟、魷魚眼及嘴，魷魚鬚去除吸盤，洗乾淨後抹乾備用</p>



<p>2. 在小鍋中煮滾照燒魷魚汁，放涼備用</p>

<p>3. 在鍋中加入少許油，爆香粟米粒、甘筍粒及茶樹菇，加入糯米（需要先瀝乾），加入半杯照燒魷魚汁後蓋上蓋子，直至鍋邊冒煙，轉小火煮5分鐘</p>

<p>4. 盛起糯米飯，加入蔥花拌勻，放涼備用</p>

<p>5. 魷魚頂部剌上兩個小孔，把糯米飯放進魷魚筒至8成滿，把魷魚鬚放進，以竹籤固定</p>

<p>6. 把照燒魷魚汁掃在魷魚上，以日式爐端燒爐慢慢燒熟（期間需要重複掃上魷魚汁）</p>

<p>7. 如果使用氣炸鍋的話，則把魷魚放進，以200度氣炸2分鐘反轉再掃上魷魚汁，再氣炸2分鐘，最後再掃上魷魚汁，氣炸3分鐘即可（氣炸時間視乎氣炸鍋的牌子及魷魚的厚度）</p>



<p>8. 切件即成</p>
