<p>蜜糖雞扒好多朋友都食過啦，加埋檸檬酸酸甜甜嘅味道，大家都好鍾意，今次嘅蜜糖雞扒用咗兩款唔同嘅橘子去做，就係好熟悉嘅青檸同埋檸檬！雖然呢兩款橘子大家都好熟悉，但係比較少人同一時間用晒兩款，我自己因為用得比較多青檸，對佢嘅味道好熟悉，熱檸檬嘅酸味同青檸其實有少少唔同，青檸係大清新少少澀嘅味道，而檸檬就酸味比較重，兩樣加埋原來效果都唔錯！</p>



<p>呢個餸嘅精髓係煎到脆卜卜嘅雞皮，用上油脂分離鍋去煮，唔使落油雞排入面嘅油份全部釋出，比較健康，如果冇油脂分離鍋嘅朋友都可以試吓用grill pan去煮，效果都差唔多，秘訣係個鍋要燒得非常熱！如果唔係雞皮就會癡到阿媽都唔認得！</p>

<p>過年時的金蠔，金黃美味，口感脆脆又帶點甜甜的味道大家！煮法亦很簡單。在宴客是烹煮的時間也較短！</p>

<p>材料：青檸半個、魚露1湯匙、蒜頭2粒（切粒）、椰糖2茶匙、食水3湯匙、指天椒少許（切粒）</p>

<li>蓮藕洗淨後抺乾切薄片備用</li>
<li>豬肉切碎或攪碎後加少許豉油及糖調味，醃15-30分鐘</li>
<li>雞蛋拌混在大碗待用</li>

<li>雞排洗淨後在肉那邊輕切幾刀切斷筋後以鹽醃一晚備用</li>
<li>抹干雞扒在不銹鋼鍋中加入適當的油至熱</li>
