										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>一直以來都十分喜歡泰式的辣椒膏，雖然叫辣椒膏但其實不辣，甜甜的並帶有一點點花生香味，用來煮海鮮味道奇佳。</p>

<p>汁料：泰式辣椒膏2茶匙、蠔油1茶匙、生抽1-2茶匙、水少許、魚露少許、椰糖少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>洗淨所有香草，泰式莞茜撕成段、芹茶切段，分開莖及葉</li>
<li>蒜頭洗淨去皮略拍</li>
<li>蟹先放度箱至凍暈，洗淨劏好。去除蟹腮及蟹心，斬件抹乾備用</li>

<li>把汁料拌混</li>
