<p>出街食飯打邊爐嘅時候最喜歡係選擇唔同嘅湯底，因為唔同嘅湯底會帶出食物唔同嘅味道！喺屋企打邊爐，好多朋友仔都會選擇買現成嘅湯包，但係一睇成份就發現湯包入面有好多味精，唔健康之餘，亦都唔可以帶出食材嘅味道，所以每一次打邊爐我都會自製湯底。</p>



<p>最近自製左一個好滿意嘅湯底，味道清清地，就咁飲好好味，亦都可以帶出食材嘅鮮味。材料同埋製作方法都唔難，相信大家一定可以handle到！就click入相入面睇吓材料同步驟啦！</p>
