<p>認識我嘅朋友都知道，我一但下左決心，就要將事情盡力做好！尋日愚人節同老公出去食早餐，佢成日叫我煮粉d外送，用多d時間做youtube，咁就唔駛咁辛苦同埋可以好好分享美食俾大家！</p>



<p>於是，我就決心今年由4月開始做多d youtube video！但做video 唔係我專長，剪片又唔叻，所以整一條片都真係用試好多時間！</p>

<p>牛油清酒煮花甲，雖然用上清酒，但其實烹煮嘅過程入邊酒精都揮發左，小朋友都照食啦！仲話好好食添，今次呢個食譜比較簡單，一次過寫埋俾大家，睇吓下面啦！</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>鮑魚用刷子洗淨起殼，去除鮑魚嘴及內臟，鮑魚殼留用</li>
<li>煲一鍋水，加份薑片及鮑魚，汆水大約1分鐘，盛起洗淨後切格子紋</li>
<li>把鮑魚殼放水中，煮5分鐘，盛起備用</li>
