<p>打拋其實係咩嚟呢？佢就係泰國嘅其中一款basil，英文名是holy basil，泰文名是甲拋，打拋豬肉其實就係holy basil 炒豬肉。泰國人鍾意用嚟配飯，加埋荷包蛋簡簡單單又一餐！而香港人呢，就用嚟整生菜包，一樣咁好食！</p>
