										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>師傅常常在what&#8217;s app send自製的美食相給我們，每次都看到口水直流，非常美味，今次到曼谷旅行，當然要買齊材料，回家試試煮啦。</p>
<p>今次介紹這道小食，譯音是溝但，帶少許辣味，濃濃的手指薑香味及咸咸的蝦米味。至於做法呢，也不太難，就是找材料有點麻煩。在香港，就要到九龍城城南道才能買到，如果經過，不妨買來試試呀！</p>

<p>汁料：椰汁250ml、蝦醬少許、紅咖囉醬1茶匙、魚露1.5茶匙、椰糖2茶匙</p>
<p>香草材料：手指薑4-5條、香茅2枝、蔥頭2粒、側頭魚一條（只要1/3肉）、蝦米2茶匙</p>
<p>其他材料：魚蛋/墨魚丸/蝦、holy basil 少許</p>
