<p class="p1">做咗多年外送，海南雞飯一向都係銷售榜入邊頭三位嘅菜式，而我煮嘅海南雞飯一般都係用三黃雞佢煮嘅，貪佢肥肥地，煮出嚟嘅飯靚啲。之前亦都曾經試過用嘉美雞或者泰安雞去整海南雞飯，效果相對就冇咁好，因為呢啲雞比較健康同埋細隻，整出嚟嘅油飯就冇咁邪惡<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f608.png" alt="😈" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p class="p1">今日突然發現泰安雞原來出咗大裝，隻雞大大隻，用嚟整海南雞飯應該OK喎。於是馬上買來一隻，用多啲鹽醃佢幾粒鐘，然後即刻試吓整先。</p>



<p class="p1">之前出嘅食譜海南雞飯，主要係用蒸爐或者特別嘅鍋具，今次就出一個簡單版俾大家，只要屋企有個煲就可以整得到！大家快啲睇吓點樣整啦</p>
