										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>時間過得很快，暑假轉眼就過去，又開始忙碌的一年了。今天回家已經有點晚，加上最近很忙，所以只能在超市買來S pure 雞下脾再回家想想如何烹調。</p>
<p>最近很喜歡配mix and match遊戲，買了材料後才找相配的調味料及製作醬汁，挑戰一下自己，嘗試一下新的味道才能製作新的食譜給大家。</p>

<p>材料：雞下脾8隻</p>
<p>醃料：黃薑粉半茶匙、鹽1茶匙、椰糖1茶匙、魚露1茶匙、檸檬葉粉1/3茶匙、麻油少許</p>

<p>步驟：</p>

<li>雞下脾洗淨後抹乾，以叉子在皮插上小洞，方便入味</li>
<li>雞脾以醃料醃最少30分鐘，過夜更佳</li>

<li>再以180度焗10分鐘、調高溫度至200度焗3分鐘，塗上蜜糖後再焗2分鐘即成</li>
