<p>一字骨食得多，經常都是用來做鎮江骨、京都骨；而西式的大多是煮BBQ ribs。今日就來搞搞新意思，做一個中西合壁的君度橙酒孜然骨，用上低溫慢烤的方法，做出來的骨既不鞋口，juicy卻香口，有時間的話趕快試試做，沒時間的話就先收藏吧！</p>
