<p>夏天又是龍眼當造的季節！鄰居在元朗的村屋花園中咗好多龍眼，今日分享咗一啲俾我！實在太多食唔晒，就用來做龍眼冰啦！整完之後分享一啲俾朋友、分享一啲俾家人，齊齊食，透心涼！</p>

<p>今天在街市買來非常新鮮的紐西蘭蟶子皇，之前處理聖子一般都是以中式方法-豉椒蒜蓉炒或者泰式方法-金不換炒蟶子。今天客人想order椰汁煮，又願意做白老鼠，所以就試下做啦！差不到蟶子皇的鮮甜味與椰汁非常夾，加了香草的椰汁，多了一份清香的味道，最後加入青檸汁，甜甜酸酸的很好吃！</p>

<p>材料：蟶子皇一斤、椰汁三杯、莞茜根6條、南薑3片、香茅四支、蒜頭四粒、檸檬葉4塊</p>

<p>調味料：砂糖少許，魚露1湯匙、莞茜適量</p>



<p>步驟：</p>



<p>蟶子劏好洗淨，把蟶子所有的沙都清除，只留下白色肉的位置，放入滾水中焯20秒後取出肉，洗乾淨備用</p>



<p>在鍋中爆香蒜頭、南薑及香茅</p>

<li>A 材料中的水及木薯粉粘米粉拌好，加入放涼了的椰汁</li>

<li>莞茜根去黃皮洗淨、莞茜、意大利莞茜及紅辣椒洗淨、檸檬葉洗淨撕碎</li>

<li>在鍋中煮滾雞湯底、加入所有香草（檸檬葉、意大利莞茜及莞茜除外）略滾</li>
<li>在另一鍋中以少許油爆香菇類，盛起後再爆香雞肉</li>
<li>把椰汁加入雞湯底後</li>
<li>將菇類及雞肉加入湯內煲滾後，加入少許魚露、椰糖及鹽調味後關火（味道應帶甜）</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>一直都想試下用椰汁來煮青口好唔好味，今日終於到街市買了新鮮青口試煮，想不到味道居然是非常夾，淡淡的椰汁香味配合青口獨有的海水味，非常美味呢！飲一口椰汁湯，非常清甜及可口，喜歡青口的你，絕對值得一試啊！<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/img_0672.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-852" height="3024" width="4032"></p>
<p>材料：青口一斤、椰汁250ml、蒜頭2粒、乾蔥頭2粒、莞茜1-2根、香茅1根、指天椒1隻、青檸1個<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/img_0668.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-853" height="3024" width="4032"></p>
<p>調味：半湯匙魚露，少許鹽及椰糖</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>青口以清水浸最少半小時，洗淨及去除附在青口處的海草、瀝乾備用</li>
<li>蒜頭及乾蔥頭切細粒、香茅只要根部略拍、莞茜取根部根去黃皮、指天椒切片</li>
<li>在炒鍋中炒香蒜頭、乾蔥頭、香茅、指天椒及莞茜根<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/img_0669.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-854" height="2233" width="2629"></li>
