<p>我相信大家都食過栗子炆雞，不同地方煮嘅栗子炆雞有不同嘅味道！栗子炆雞往往係大家嘅童年回憶。還記得童年的時候冬天都非常寒冷，那是在街上有很多叔叔炒買栗子，中學時放學後都愛幫襯那些叔叔。但是生炒栗子好熱氣，想食栗子嘅時候就會同媽咪講：「今晚食栗子炆雞得唔得呢？」，媽媽當然二話不說馬上去買栗子整啦。</p>



<p>所以每次整栗子炆雞嘅時候，都會諗起中學時候放學嘅情況，亦都諗起媽媽整栗子炆雞嘅味道<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60a.png" alt="😊" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60a.png" alt="😊" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />這種獨特的味道在外面可是吃不到的啊！不知道大家愛吃的栗子雞煲又是什麼的味道？有機會的話，大家可以試吓我嘅栗子雞煲食譜，睇吓同大家心目中童年嘅味道是否一樣？</p>

<p>材料：有機三黃雞一隻、栗子一磅（去殼）</p>



<p>雞調味料：蠔油一茶匙、糖少許、麻油少許、鹽1茶匙-醃雞用、生抽兩茶匙、老抽少許</p>



<p>栗子調味料：蠔油一茶匙、水100 ml、生抽1茶匙、糖少許</p>



<p>其他：紹興酒一瓶蓋、冰糖一小粒、薑片3 片、蔥段適量、油少許</p>

<p>步驟：</p>



<p>1. 有機三黃雞斬件後以1茶匙鹽醃30分鐘，再加入其他調味料醃30分鐘</p>



<p>2. 在小鍋中加入少許油，爆香栗子後加入栗子調味料，炆煮20至30分直至栗子變林</p>

<p>3. 在炒鍋中加入少許油，先爆香薑片，再加入雞件爆香，加入花雕酒直至雞件變成金黃色</p>

<p>4. 把栗子連同炆栗子汁料回鍋，以中細火炆煮大約20分鐘，放入蔥段，加入少許生粉水收汁後即可</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>很多朋友問我，你的家人是否成日都試新菜色？因見我成日都在Facebook post 相試整新菜色,其實，我家老公同小朋友對食物的要求不多，就算日日食雞翼、豬肉餅也可！只是他們有一個愛玩怕悶的老婆、媽媽，所以成日搞搞震，整唔同既野俾佢地食</p>

<p>材料：乳鴿2隻、糯米1杯（我用了2杯-剩餘的就咁食）、栗子半磅、冬菇2中大隻、蔥花少許、蜜糖少許</p>
<p>乳鴿醃料：鹽少許、豉油少許</p>
