<p>明天又去同一間學校教少數族裔嘅學生整冰皮月餅，希望令佢哋明白多啲中國嘅文化，由於傳統月餅製作需時，學生亦都冇咁大興趣，所以今次整咗呢一個芒果忌廉芝士冰皮月餅，食落去就好似食甜品一樣，唔會覺得好漏，對於麻麻哋月餅嘅我，呢一個作為甜品都係一個唔錯嘅選擇，既然要寫食譜比同學仔，就喺度寫埋食譜俾大家啦。今次使用台灣牌子嘅預拌冰皮粉，節省一啲時間。</p>
