<p>好多朋友問我：「屋企炸嘢唔煩咩？」，其實如果炸少少嘢嘅話，用一個細嘅鑄鐵鍋慢慢炸，油量唔係好多！今次需要炸比較多嘅嘢就開隻鑊，放油去到鑊嘅中線，其實又唔係真係用好多油，炸完既油，通常我會用多一次來炸食物，或者分開好多次用嚟炒菜等等，最後都唔會好浪費嘅<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>至於春卷，其實內餡冇特定，但係我自己最喜歡放豬肉蝦同埋粉絲，再加一啲蔬菜落去，令到冇咁油膩<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f643.png" alt="🙃" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
