<p>自家製的蘿蔔糕，粉量比較少，蘿蔔味較重，能吃出食物的獨特味道！從小學五年級開始學習製作蘿蔔糕的我，還記得小時候要用手動刨來刨蘿白絲，一不小心就會弄傷手指<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f62d.png" alt="😭" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f62d.png" alt="😭" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f62d.png" alt="😭" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />，為了製作鮮味的蘿蔔糕，不知道交了多少次學費<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />，有自己的家後，第一件投資的是kitchenaid，有了它後做蘿蔔糕也方便了許多，但是有一些步驟還是按照媽媽所教的方法去做，就是先把所需的粉類以室溫水浸泡最少兩小時，這樣一來可以消除粉中奇怪的味道，蘿蔔味道就更突出了<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>材料：白蘿蔔4斤（2400g)、粘米粉360g、鷹粟粉180g、臘腸6條、臘肉一條、蝦米4湯匙、瑤柱6粒、3-4隻、水150g, 雞湯150g</p>

<p>步驟:</p>

<li>臘腸及臘肉以滾水略煮後，盛起洗淨切粒</li>
<li>冬菇以水浸軟洗淨後切粒</li>
<li>瑤柱溫水浸泡至軟</li>

<li>白蘿蔔去頭尾後去皮，刨絲</li>

<li>把已經放涼的蘿白水（950ml)加到粘米粉及鷹粟粉中，拌混，加入1.5茶匙鹽（咸度自行調節啊）</li>
