<p>同老公去上海餐廳食飯，有陣時會清清地想叫菜飯，覺得有菜有飯應該幾健康下！到識煮之後發現其實菜飯原來都要落唔少嘅油<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />，所以其實都有少少肥，但係間唔中食吓嘅話其實冇問題嘅！</p>



<p>上海餐廳嘅排骨菜飯唔係真係用一字骨去整，而係用有骨豬扒去做，塊豬扒炸到油香又脆，但係入邊要保留肉汁先叫做very good！喺屋企整，其實亦都非常簡單，大家快啲試吓買齊材料整啦<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>這幾天天陰陰，濕氣重人也很累，買來新玩具也沒有時間去玩。今天買來新鮮的飛排，本想再做糖醋排骨，但途經相熟雜貨鋪的時候，老闆娘說有一樽很好味的南乳，香港製造的價錢又不貴。有follow開樂思廚page的朋友都知道，我很喜歡試不同的醬料，既然老闆說好味，就來試一下啦！</p>



<p>用上小美來做的南乳冬菇炆排骨，簡單易做又方便。南乳呢也不錯啊，比較特別的是這款南乳沒有小麥成份，對於有小麥敏感的朋友也可以試試看。味道呢？我還是比較喜歡廖孖記。</p>

<p>材料：飛排約450 g、冰糖約50g、生抽2湯匙、南乳一磚半、老抽少許、水100 mL、薑片兩至三片</p>

<p>飛排洗淨後以跑活水的方式處理</p>



<p>在小美主杯中加入一湯匙的油及薑片，以120度的溫度，速度1，煮3分鐘</p>

<p>醃料：魚露0.5 湯匙、椰糖少許、豉油1湯匙、油少許</p>
<p>裝飾：莞茜葉適量、指天椒一隻</p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>腩排洗淨，以跑活水方法汆水後再洗乾抹乾</li>
