<p class="p1">自從上次阿女食完黑松露薯條之後，就好鍾意食黑松露！尋日經過超級市場咁啱遇到減價，就買定幾支黑松露返屋企煮啦，我成日覺得整意粉係最方便嘅！一碟過懶懶地又好味<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f606.png" alt="😆" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>蟹粉嘅季節當然唔好俾佢停啦，要創作多啲食譜俾大家，咁樣就可以品嚐蟹粉嘅不同美味！坊間嘅蟹粉食譜一般都有：蟹粉扒豆苗、蟹粉小籠包、蟹粉炒飯等等。</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>社會的氣氛很沉重，大家的心情也不見得很好。就等我用食物來令大家暫時開心一點吧！學校停課小朋友們都不用上學，今天的午餐就煮簡單又豐富的鮮帶子給大家吃吃。</p>
<p>今天的帶子非常便宜，新鮮即開的帶子四隻只售$40。以最簡單的方法去蒸煮，鮮甜味十足。除了帶子以外，配角還有炒蒜蓉以及粉絲。把它們放在一起蒸熟，鮮味又美味。大家也來煮煮，cheer up 一下吧！</p>
<p>材料：新鮮帶子4隻、泰國粉絲一包</p>
<p>蒜蓉材料：蒜頭一整個（切粒）、蔥花適量、指天椒兩隻（切粒）、豆豉2茶匙(略盅）</p>
<p>蒜蓉調味：鹽約1/3茶匙、糖約1/3茶匙、生抽少許、魚露少許</p>

<p>步驟：</p>

<p>2. 泰國粉絲以水喉水浸遠軟後瀝乾水份，以粉絲醃料醃10分鐘</p>
