<p>材料：韮菜花半斤、豆腐乾一塊、蝦乾適量、蒜頭3-4 粒、魷魚一隻</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>韮菜花洗淨切段、豆腐乾切條、蝦乾洗淨、蒜頭去皮略拍、魷魚洗淨𠝹格仔紋</li>
</ol>

<li>燒一鍋水， 水滾後把魷魚略煮後盛起</li>
<li>在炒鍋後加入適量油，爆香蒜頭及蝦乾，加入豆腐乾炒香，注入調味</li>
