										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>在西餐中，最喜歡吃的是寶雲酥焗羊架，喜歡其脆脆的口感但肉質嫩滑，肉汁豐盈。今天到超市本想買羊架來做，卻發現了非常新鮮，還要是無激素的豬鞍在特價，就買來兩包，試做一下！反正家中只有我一人食羊架，豬鞍呢，就大家都愛吃！</p>
<p>用寶雲酥的方法做豬鞍，也是外脆內juicy! 大家快快試試，以後就不用出去食啦！</p>

<p>材料：豬鞍2件</p>
<p>醃料：黑椒碎少許、鹽少許、油少許（今天用白松露油呀！超香)、香草碎少許</p>
<p>寶雲酥料：麵包叛糠3湯匙、蒜頭一個（切大粒）、碎香草少許</p>
<p>其他：蜜糖mustard 2-3湯匙</p>
<p>蜜糖芥末醬材料：生抽1茶匙、蜜糖1湯匙、蜜糖mustard 1茶匙</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<p>1. 豬鞍洗淨抹乾，以叉在肉上刺上小孔，以醃料醃15-20分鐘</p>
