										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>每次到街市買菜時，都愛到海鮮檔逛逛，看看有沒有特別的海鮮給我發揮一下，今天又經過海鮮檔，居然有大大隻生猛游水大頭蝦，馬上買來一斤，一斤只有5隻，大家就知有多大啊！回家後才慢慢想如何泡製。</p>
<p>在雪櫃找到一包金不換（是呀我家中常常有很多香草，一見新鮮就買，忍不到手），就用金不換來match 大頭蝦嗎！加入了幾片指天椒及辣椒醬 少少辣又甜甜地，加上大頭蝦軟軟的蝦膏～好邪惡啊！</p>

<p>材料：游水大頭蝦一斤（也可用海蝦）、金不換一包（約4-5棵）、指天椒一隻（切片）、糖適量、蒜頭五至六粒</p>
<p>汁料：</p>
<p>泰式辣醬chili paste 1茶匙、魚露少許、糖少許、生抽約一茶匙</p>

<p>2. 金不換取葉子洗淨後瀝乾水備用</p>
<p>3. 指天椒切片可按喜好加減</p>
