										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>昨天在超級市場裏買來兩盒非常新鮮的韓國士多啤梨。馬上吃了一盒，味道非常清甜。韓國的士多啤梨雖然不如日本的甜，但卻帶有濃濃的士多啤梨香氣。於是決定留了半盒，今天用來煮食用，看看效果如何。</p>
<p>用士多啤梨來製作士多啤梨骨，有效地去除了豬肉的油膩感。加上士多啤梨清新的香味，提升了整個菜式的味道。</p>
<p>小朋友也很喜歡這道菜式，還以醬汁撈飯！其實有時候自己創造一下食譜，可能會有意想不到的驚喜呢。</p>

<p>材料：腩排一斤、韓國士多啤梨半盒、冰糖一湯匙、蔥段適量</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<p>1. 腩排洗淨，以跑活水方式煮滾後洗淨抹乾</p>

<p>3. 冰糖以石盅搗碎，放在鍋子中，以中小火煮溶</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>聖誕節就快又到啦，可以與小朋友一起製作甜品開party！很多小朋友都愛吃士多啤梨，今次就用大大粒的韓國士多啤梨製作一個聖誕節甜品吧！</p>
<p>這個甜品並不是我首創的，而是在網上看到類似的甜品，加以創作加加減減後得出的成果。</p>
<p>加了薄荷葉在士多啤梨上面，除了使顏色更突出以外，更為甜品添加了清新的味道！由於忌廉芝士較為飽肚，所以不適宜加太多啊！</p>

<p>材料：士多啤梨12粒（洗淨去葉）、忌廉芝士60克、綿花糖6粒、白糖約一湯匙（可按口味加減）、薄荷葉12塊、糖粉適量、黑芝麻約24粒、瑪莉餅12塊（或任何圓形餅）</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<p>1. 忌廉芝士放室溫中2至3小時至軟身，加入白糖，以打蛋器攪拌至均勻</p>
<p>2. 唧袋剪掉底部位置，放入唧嘴，再把忌廉芝士放進</p>
