<p>我仔最鍾意聽嗰首歌叫做raining tacos！唔知道係邊度認識呢款食物，一個月前日日都問我幾時可以整俾佢食<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />（佢真係當我咩都識整<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />）</p>



<p>上個月終於等到有墨西哥返嚟嘅朋友，查詢一下墨西哥嘅tacos正宗嘅製法究竟係點樣呢？墨西哥tacos就好似香港嘅蝦子麵咁樣，喺墨西哥非常普遍，所以普遍家庭都識整<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f61c.png" alt="😜" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>正宗嘅tacos係用墨西哥粟米粉去做，製法非常簡單，只需要加水、鹽、同埋橄欖油就可以！不過用粟米粉做嘅tacos比較容易碎，朋友話有陣時喺屋企都會用全麥麵粉去做，方便仲簡單啲<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f606.png" alt="😆" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
