<p class="p1">喺摩洛哥返咗嚟差唔多半個月，終於扚起心肝寫一個摩洛哥嘅食譜！鹹檸檬嫩雞塔吉鍋，喺摩洛哥Cooking Class學嘅菜式，非常容易整，只需要材料夠齊，醃咗啲雞就咁擺落塔吉鍋嗰度煮就搞掂！方便快捷！</p>



<p class="p1">喺寫食譜之前講一講塔吉鍋，佢係一個漏斗型嘅鍋，用陶土去做，非常鎖水，就算長時間炆煮，肉質仍然可以保持鮮嫩，除咗用嚟整摩洛哥菜式之外，用來整炆煮嘅菜式都非常適合，如果冇呢個鍋嘅朋友可以考慮入手一個！</p>
