<p>雖然我好鍾意食海鮮，但係魚其實唔係成日食，就算食都只係鍾意食海魚，因為魚味比較香。而係咁多魚當中我最鍾意食嘅就係由日本過嚟嘅喜之次。以前喺日本餐廳食喜之次，一條都要千幾蚊，好貴<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f92d.png" alt="🤭" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f92d.png" alt="🤭" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>去年認識咗日本海鮮嘅供應商，可以由日本直送喜之次俾我，於是乎就開始自己煮啦！尋日又訂咗一條喜之次，今次試吓自己做一夜干，原來唔難做，就是需要一點時間！大家有興趣嘅話都可以自己試吓整呀！</p>

<p>貴為深海紅寶石嘅喜之次，魚油豐盈、魚肉爽滑得來又帶點海水的鹹味，用來汁煮非常美味。今次買來由日本北海道新鮮直送的喜之次，在日本的時候已經由日本師傅代為起魚片，做起這道菜式更加容易。我覺得喜之次的味道比起東星斑更加好吃，大家不妨跟着下面嘅食譜去做，定能做到美味的喜之次。</p>

<p>材料：喜之次一條(我用嘅細細條大約半kg）、薑兩片、蜂巢豆腐六件、蔥段適量<br>醬汁材料：清酒兩湯匙、味醂三湯匙、日本豉油三湯匙、糖少許、水約200ml、蠔油少許<br>裝飾：甘筍櫻花片適量</p>

<ul><li>喜之次洗淨後抹乾，放在煲滾了的滾水中約20秒直至魚肉發白（這個過程稱之為霜降，可去除魚的魚腥味）</li></ul>
