										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>常常覺得青咖哩很辣，今天在清邁Northhill city resort上了cooking class，跟酒店主廚學了製作青咖喱雞，居然不辣，還有十分鮮甜的香草味！非常推介。</p>
<p>雞肉用上走地雞，雞味濃郁而肉質較有咬口，配上鮮採的egg plants及鮮椰汁，真的是「連汁都撈埋」<img decoding="async" src="file:///var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/97EEE84B-CAE3-4EB6-B12F-4E5F75ABCEE6/Library/Caches/Media/thumbnail-p2975-2436x2436.jpeg" class="size-full" data-wp_upload_id="x-coredata://22CCB28C-9F95-4B02-96E6-3654B094FE3C/Media/p2975"></p>
<p>材料：青咖哩醬1湯匙、雞脾肉150g、泰式圓茄子2-3個、泰bb egg plant 8-10粒、指天椒3-4隻、椰汁1杯、檸檬菜3-4塊、金不換3棵、油約2湯匙、雞湯少許<img decoding="async" src="file:///var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/97EEE84B-CAE3-4EB6-B12F-4E5F75ABCEE6/Library/Caches/Media/thumbnail-p2977-2436x2436.jpeg" class="size-full" data-wp_upload_id="x-coredata://22CCB28C-9F95-4B02-96E6-3654B094FE3C/Media/p2977"></p>
<p>調味料：魚露約2湯匙、椰糖1湯匙</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>雞脾去骨切片</li>
<li>泰式圓茄子洗淨後一開4或8，泰bb茄子洗淨備用</li>
<li>金不換取菜洗淨</li>
<li>指天椒斜切成片</li>
</ol>
