<p class="p1">今日姐姐突然間要放假去送機，於是乎我就做咗一日全職媽媽<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />朝頭早起身煮早餐俾小朋友，然後忙着ball and chain 既新貨發佈，幫大家訂咗一大輪袋之後，就準備午餐，再送去學校俾小朋友<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />然後去買餸準備今晚嘅晚餐。</p>



<p class="p1">已經計劃好晒，今晚要食乜嘢，買咗牛坑腩、薯仔、雞翼同埋黃咖喱醬，跟住返屋企準備煮嘢食！</p>



<p class="p1">點知，整整吓嘅時候發現開唔到支黃咖喱醬<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f605.png" alt="😅" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />真係用咗15分鐘都開唔到，仲要用盡晒所有方法：橡筋、廚房手套、浸熱水、保鮮紙……當開到好氣餒嘅時候，喺WhatsApp魔鬼群組講兩句，點知有朋友仔同我講可以試吓用刀仔撬，神奇嘅事發生，一撬撬開咗，群組朋友仔咖喱有啲辦法！就係靠佢開到之王咖喱醬，今晚有咖喱食<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f602.png" alt="😂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p class="p1">本身開唔到支黃咖喱醬，加咗啲柱侯醬落去牛腩度，原來加埋黃咖喱醬一齊煮好好味喎！</p>

<p>材料：香茅4枝（只要根部位置）、檸檬葉4塊、泰式矮瓜仔6個 、豬軟骨半斤（跑活水及洗淨）6.元茜腳6條（洗淨及用小刀削去黃色表皮）</p>

<p>紅咖哩醬：1.紅咖哩醬70g 2. 蝦醬(1湯匙）3.椰糖（3-4茶匙）4.椰奶（細罐的約半罐）5.水（20ml) 6.魚露(1湯匙）7.油（1湯匙）</p>

<p>步驟：</p>

<li>豬軟骨用跑活水方法洗淨，即係約排骨放在室溫水中，煲至滾就熄火、然後用水喉水沖洗乾淨雜質</li>
<li>香草材料先洗淨浸再加入鹽的水中</li>
<li>泰式小矮瓜切半，檢查裏面是否有蟲，然後放在水裏以防止變色</li>

<li>香茅、莞茜腳用刀背拍爛（記住是拍爛不是用刀切開一條條）</li>
<li>檸檬葉去除葉中間版的位置然後撕碎</li>

<p>*煮咖喱是不要時常攪拌咖喱，因為把太多空氣攪入會影響咖喱的味道</p>
<p>* 咖喱煮了一個小時後，可試味看看味道是否需要微調</p>

<p>材料：龍躉魚塊（或任何白身魚塊）適量、蔥數條、莞茜少許、南薑3片、蒜頭5-6瓣、檸檬葉2塊</p>
<p>調味：紅咖哩醬1湯匙、魚露2湯匙、椰汁200ml、椰糖少許</p>
