<p class="p1">沙嗲醬材料：沙茶醬半湯匙、蝦醬1/3茶匙、花生醬半湯匙、生抽1/2茶匙、蠔油1茶匙、老抽少許、糖半茶匙至一茶匙、紹興酒一瓶蓋、水200毫升</p>



<p class="p1">其他：蔥頭兩粒、蒜頭兩粒（切碎）指天椒半隻（按照喜好加減）（可以切絲或者切片）</p>
