<p>還記得好細個去參加親戚嘅飲宴，屋企人都會早少少去酒樓打麻雀，小朋友嘅我當然唔會打麻雀，就同其他小朋友玩，玩到有啲肚餓，大人就會話：「不如叫上湯蟹肉伊麵啦！」，每次聽到佢哋咁樣叫，心裏面都暗起，因為細細個已經好鍾意食蟹肉<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f92d.png" alt="🤭" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f92d.png" alt="🤭" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />呢樣嘢似乎係去飲宴先食得到嘅，所以當蟹肉伊麵，一嚟到就會好安靜係咁食<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>長大後去朋友嘅婚宴，發現好似已經冇咗上湯蟹肉伊麵啦，已經好耐冇食過！前兩日買咗新鮮嘅松葉蟹，食晒啲蟹腳仲有蟹身未食，就重拾返以前嘅味道啦，上湯蟹肉伊麵，自己整可以用上鮮制嘅雞湯同埋靚靚嘅蟹，鮮味非常！</p>

<p>估唔到原來大家好鍾意藍花蟹，琴日一張相一個鐘頭裏面有好多朋友like左，仲有朋友話今日已經訂咗藍花蟹要試整！咁即係今日我一定要出到食譜俾大家啦<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f92d.png" alt="🤭" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>又來晨早流流寫食譜，其實花蟹我細個成日都食，以前屋企喺街市附近，媽咪經過街市嘅時候見到有平靚正嘅紅花蟹或者藍花蟹都會買一份返屋企做下午茶！</p>



<p>用花蟹來做伊麵可以增加一份鮮甜味同海水味，總之就係好味啦！</p>



<p>由於整咗花蟹伊麵好多年，所以想搞搞新意思，加埋沙薑落去又會係啲乜嘢嘅味道呢？</p>



<p>尋晚夜咗返屋企於是就用沙薑嚟做一道藍花蟹伊麵自己一個食，獨食難肥啊！</p>
