<p>講返乾炒牛河，好多人inbox message問我點解牛河咁容易炒斷嘅？原因可能有兩個，第一個就係大家將啲河粉雪過落雪櫃，第二個原因就係大家炒得太犀利，大家快啲睇吓下面嘅食譜睇吓點樣整到少油版又夠香嘅乾炒牛河啦！</p>
