<p class="p1">小朋友正值發育年齡，成日都好肚餓，夜晚仲食好多飯添！既然係咁就整一個有益高鈣嘅牛骨湯俾佢，有佢喜歡嘅牛腩，仲有白雪雪嘅湯，再加上一份愛心，希望佢鍾意食。</p>



<p class="p1">傳統嘅韓式牛骨湯，需要用中慢火慢慢去熬製，現代版用高壓煲再加攪拌機，省去不少時間，當然我相信用傳統方法煮味道更加好，不過省時呢個方法去做味道亦都非常唔錯！</p>
