<p>打風前一日傍晚去到街市咩都冇得賣！只係勉強買到少少材料：牛腩邊一斤、紅蘿蔔一個、青瓜同埋一啲生果。</p>



<p>返到屋企之後見到屋企仲有兩個蕃茄、仲有之前買嘅刀削麵，當然仲有唔少嘅香料啦！正統嘅台灣牛肉麵會用牛骨去熬製湯底，打風邊度？仲有牛骨呢就用冰櫃入面之前整定嘅雞湯底啦！簡單版嘅台灣牛肉麵，一樣好食。台灣牛肉麵其實唔難整，不過係需要一啲時間，如果情況許可嘅話，用新鮮牛骨熬湯，再用牛坑腩同埋牛筋來整更加好食（懶嘅就去CC Super買牛湯底啦）</p>
