<p class="p1">上個月幫魔鬼群組嘅朋友仔買咗二百幾包鵪鶉髀，然後就收到好多嘅查詢：「Daphne，鵪鶉髀要點樣整呀？」，「Daphne，鵪鶉髀用黃咖喱醬整得唔得？」，「Daphne, 鵪鶉髀用來煲湯得唔得？」</p>



<p class="p1">終於都有時間整返啲鵪鶉嘅食譜俾大家，其實鵪鶉髀size並不大隻，但係肉質嫩滑可口，我自己比較偏向用嚟整蒸飯，或者醃咗佢氣炸或者煎！今日就先寫咗蒸飯嘅食譜俾大家。</p>

<p class="p1">去完旅行返嚟仲掛住當地嘅美食！趁味蕾仲記得地道嘅味道，快快脆脆整返個西班牙海鮮飯出嚟，記憶猶新寫過食譜記錄一下！下次想食嘅時候跟住自己個食譜整返當地嘅味道出嚟。</p>



<p class="p1">西班牙海鮮飯其實唔難整，不過鍋具有少少要求，就係需要淺底闊口嘅鍋具，另外湯底亦有少少要求，用新鮮嘅蝦整蝦湯底就最好味啦，我今日呢一個西班牙海鮮飯用咗大約1小時15分鐘去整，搞到遲咗食飯添！如果想整呢個飯嘅朋友仔早少少準備，難度不高係要啲時間啫<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/2764.png" alt="❤" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>東南亞嘅飯類好色彩繽紛，海南雞飯係黃色、黃薑飯、班蘭飯、仲有蝶豆花飯！食得多白飯見到有顏色嘅飯胃口都好d。</p>



<p>在泰國舖買來非常新鮮嘅班蘭葉，用買冇激素嘅雞上髀，做一頓睇落去簡單但係其實好豐富嘅晚餐比自己食，雞扒看似簡單，其實係先用黃咖喱嘅方法煮至七成熟，再用氣炸鍋炸香，雞肉完全吸收晒黃咖喱嘅味道，非常好味㗎！</p>

<p>材料：西班牙米250g（不用洗）、蕃紅花少許、新鮮海鮮（按喜好，今次的用了大蝦7隻、八爪魚、青口及花甲）、蝦高湯400ml、西班牙辣肉腸約50g、洋蔥1/4個、蒜頭2瓣<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2363.jpg" class="wp-image-996 size-full" width="4032" height="3024" srcset="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2363.jpg 4032w, https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2363-300x225.jpg 300w, https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2363-768x576.jpg 768w, https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2363-1024x768.jpg 1024w" sizes="(max-width: 4032px) 100vw, 4032px" /></p>
<p>調味：鹽、紅椒粉、白酒</p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>一半花甲灼熟後取出肉、八爪魚仔切粒</li>
<li>切了粒的海鮮及大蝦以鹽及紅椒粉略醃</li>
<li>洋蔥及蒜頭切粒、辣肉腸切粒</li>
<li>預熱焗爐190度</li>
<li>蕃紅花以熱的蝦高湯或熱水浸軟</li>
